Matthew has a highly regarded background in the Startup Community. He has more than a decade of experience working with high growth start-ups companies applicable industry qualifications and experience in various exempt and concessional and regulated offers.
Matthew is routineenly lead investor in the Billfolda Angels Syndicate, accounting for a series of highly successful funding rounds..
Matthew has been a licenced business broker in NSW (16 years), has been engaged on various Treasury and state law reform committees as an industry participant.
Matthew is one of two Responsible Managers in Billfolda Equity Crowd Funding platform and principal in his own consultancy practice.
Sumeer Pai
– Adviser
Sumeer is a Chartered Secretary practice based in Sydney.
He is a qualified Chartered Secretary (FGIA) and a Certified AML Specialist (CAMS) who acts as a compliance consultant and AML Adviser to Australian companies that need to comply with financial services and anti-money laundering laws. His clients include – AFSLs, ACLs, Reporting Entities, fund managers, trustees, remitters etc. He is also a Responsible Manager on AFSLs as well as a Non-Executive Director. Sumeer runs a Chartered Secretary practice based in Sydney.
