The fund follows on from the success of Billfolda Angles Investment Syndicate, who have invested actively since 2019 in nine companies, which have gone on to subsequent capital rounds, at higher valuations (except the 2 most recent 2022 investments), 5 of which having offered exit opportunities to investors.
These investments include Regtech, Heavy Industry, EV, Marketplace, Fintech Australia, Recruitment tech and Medtech.
Investee’s are multi award winners, including 2 ‘fast company’ winners and a runner up in the ‘Australian Design Award’.
Syndicate members include the former ASX Director, 100x founder, and Major bank Director and a diverse range of entrepreneurs.
7 out of 9 syndicate investments were eligible early-stage innovation company investments at the time in our first round.
